I'm teaming up with LMLD for this Thursdays post. Enjoy.
Lately, my exercise has been coming at sorta random and 'unplanned' times and places. I'm ok with that...as long as I'm still exercising. So, when I dropped #1 off at CCD (this is her Confirmation prep. year) I decided to use the 1 1/2 hours for ME time! I divided up my time between exercise, adoration and preparing for the new week. I loved spending this time this way so much...I think I'll stick to it!
I caught this picture while I was walking near our church. The sunset was awesome with the houses in front of it. And the moon, although teeny tiny in this picture and not very clear, it was a sight to behold.
Some of my happiest moments as a mom are when the kids, especially the bigs to the littles, play with each other and have a genuinely fun time together. I love to watch them bonding. I love to see the joy and happiness they find in each other.
I caught my oldest son having a great time with my youngest daughter and just had to try to capture the moment without my son noticing. He's anti picture taking (by me) right now. It's not a great shot, but it was the moment that really made me happy to be witnessing. They're 7 years apart, but most times...you'd never know...because they don't notice. They just love each other.
Funny little bird watching me in the garden.
Real life=make a bad choice then pay the consequence. #6 is showing you one of her punishments this week. I try to choose a variety of consequences so that no one 'thing' seems like a bad thing. This day it was window washing.
