A process and tradition

TODAY was the day! Fall aromas all through the house...all through the day. Every year after apple picking we have a day when we make homemade applesauce. It's a tradition! One I'll never forget!

Enjoy the pictures and go get you some apples fast!!!

First find an orchard that has a 'to die for' view...if you can.

  

Then find and taste to find the 'right' apples.

Next peal and dice.

Add a cutie pie helper and the apples to the pot!

Add spices and let simmer all day!
